With the announcement of New Zealand moving into Level 2, we will be reopening on Thursday, 14th May at 6.00am. The health and well-being of our customers, team and community is our number one priority. We will be back for your swimming enjoyment with additional safety measures in place.
To ensure our team members and customers are kept safe we have introduced social distancing in our pools. This means we have to offer limited access. You will still be able to get your daily swim with a maximum of 4 people per lane. We are unable to offer birthday parties, group and family gatherings or BBQ facilities. There will be no access to the waterslides, spas, kids pool, playground etc. We will be offering our two 25m lap pools for lane swimming/walking only. There will be no leisure play at this time.
We have closed our changing rooms, so please arrive in your swimming attire and leave the same way. Please make sure you dry off thoroughly on poolside and put your dry warm clothes on over your togs before leaving. We will have toilet facilities available on a one in one out basis. All Aqua Fitness and some Swimming will remain cancelled until further notice. Please check the Learn To Swim Tab for what classes are available.
CONTACT TRACING AND SOCIAL DISTANCING
We will be taking details of all customers entering the complex. Our friendly Receptionist will be asking you a few questions EVERY time you enter. We also have a QR Code at the front door if you would prefer to use this option.
To help with social distancing you will notice we have marked our floors to help you keep safe. Please use these markers at all times.
Although our offices will be open we will not be taking face to face queries. Correspondence will be will be limited to phone and email.
PAYWAVE IS NOW ACCEPTED HERE
We now have Paywave. Please use this option whenever possible. We will be running cashless entry until further notice.
HYGIENE AND CLEANING
Hygiene Champions are dedicated on each shift ensuring sanitising of all contact surfaces throughout the day. We have several sanitising stations around the complex, so please ensure you use these upon entry, and exit, of the facility. Most importantly, if you are feeling unwell please stay at home.
