Ability: 200m Freestyle and Backstroke, 100m Breaststroke with basic Butterfly.
This programme is designed to improve ability with less correction and a fun learning environment. Our aim is to develop lifelong skills in and around water, concentrating on developing strength and stamina and improving swimming technique.This class is run for 45 minutes each week during school term.
This class is aimed at developing swimmers through all swimming strokes, technique correcting and building up stamina.
