School Age Breather

This programme caters for children who are just managing to put their stroke together through to those who still need correction. The classes focus on freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke and introducing stamina. The levels are as follows:

• Junior Breathing
• Breathing
• Advanced Breathing
• Elite Breathing

Class sessions run for 30 minutes once a week during each school term. Breathing classes have only four participants per class while Advanced and Elite Breathing have five.
