It's never too late to Learn!
The swim school provide friendly and relaxed classes for beginners to fitness technique swimmers. Class sessions
concentrate on development of water confidence, safety skills and basic stroke techniques. Fitness classes include
stroke correction, breathing and technique.
We cater for those over 18 years who are training for triathlons or just wanting to keep fit. These sessions are to
build up stamina and fitness. The sessions are run by an instructor who provides a programme and motivation. The class runs
twice a week for an hour each lesson.
A class specifically designed for adults and is a great way for those who want to learn to swim and gain water confidence
in a relaxed and controlled environment. The class runs for 30 minutes once a week for the school term.
